Flooring and cladding

Flat roof –thermal insulation - XPS (extruded polystyrene foam) with d = 20 cm, screed to ensure the slopes and waterproofing made of rolled bituminous material, the top layer is sprinkled

Vertical planning and Landscaping - according to a specially developed project - garden lighting, street lighting, alleys, landscaping, irrigation system, park furniture

Flooring: Cement screed in bedrooms, living rooms, corridor, entrance hall - type "floating reinforced screed on, thermal and sound insulation layer of stone floor wool at least 3 cm".

Walls:

• exterior brick walls - 25 cm "Wienerberger-Porotherm". Internal - machine gypsum plaster according to BDS. Externally according to facades;
• internal walls between the apartments - 25 cm brick "Wienerberger-Porotherm", machine gypsum plaster according to BDS;

Windows

Two-colour aluminum windows with an interrupted thermal bridge, Weiss Profil, Termo Smart WP78 system, with single-chamber glass packet with a thickness of 28 mm (four-season 4 mm and white 4 mm). With multi-point adjustable hardware. Waterproofing patch with aluminum foil along the entire perimeter of the windows.
